Today I’m excited to welcome Kim of Life Over C’s!  Kim has a beautiful blog with countless printables and activities for teaching kids at home or school.  Be sure to follow her blog to get learning activities and other free resources!  I’m so grateful to her for sharing some of her winter themed activities while we enjoy our new baby.

Here’s Kim…

Either you love winter or you can’t stand it, but I’ve never met anyone who didn’t feel strongly about the cold weather and the snow covering everything around. Whether winter is your long-lost friend or you despise that white, fluffy snow, these winter printables and activities are a great way to keep learning exciting during the dark, gray winter months. When you can’t get outside, pull out one of these fun winter activities to keep the smiles going anyway! winter printables

More Hands-on Winter Activities

If more hands-on winter activities are what you need, these activities are sure to do the trick. Full of gross motor and sensory fun, these winter projects are totally customizable and my kids have played with them for hours at a time. (Because when all else fails… play dough just may be the answer!)

ispy tube square I love printables as much as the next person. (Worksheets not so much...) There's something great about knowing all you need to do is press the print button and a few minutes later you have an activity for your kids. The issue with printables though is that they are not customizable according to the lesson plans that you already have. I have lots of difficulty finding math activities that are compatible with our math curricula, so we decided to make our own review activity! These addition clip cards for winter can be completely customized to meet the needs of your student!
