Last week I chose to share more than 12 free printables for teaching phonics. This week you don’t have to print anything or get out any fancy art materials. I just want to share some fabulous posts that require very little effort on your part.

Oh! I’m crazy about this list. It is so awesome to find books that inspire kids to get excited about language and vocabulary. This list of books about words from You Clever Monkey is a must-see!
This looks like a lot of work, but it is SO not. My kids actually have their own nature collection on the ledge of their little playhouse. I just need to gather up a few supplies to help them learn more about their finds. Read about how to make a nature box at Mama to 5 Blessings.
